1. SMS Messaging Terms & Compliance

Program Description:
Our messaging program sends service-related texts such as appointment confirmations, device unlock updates, repair status alerts, and customer support responses. Messages are sent only to customers who have clearly opted in through our website forms or service requests.

Cancellation Instructions: You may stop receiving messages at any time by replying “STOP” to the number that contacted you. After that, you will receive a confirmation message, and no further texts will be sent unless you opt in again.
