How long do repairs take?
Most phone repairs are done the same day. Text us your model and the problem to check today’s wait.
Do repairs come with a warranty?
Yes. Every repair comes with a 30-day warranty.
Will I lose my data?
A screen or battery replacement doesn’t erase your phone, but back it up before any repair.
Do you fix more than phones?
Yes: iPads, MacBooks and laptops, and Xbox and PlayStation consoles. See all repairs.
Do you save the original screen?
When only the top glass is cracked and the display works, we prefer to replace just the glass.
Prices and selling
Where do your prices come from?
From the price list we use at our counter. The site reads it directly. See live prices.
Why could my final price be different?
Prices assume the condition shown. We confirm the final offer after we inspect the device and tell you before you decide.
Do you buy locked phones?
Yes. Locked and unlocked iPhones have separate prices.
What can’t you buy?
iCloud-locked (Activation Lock), stolen or fraudulent devices.
How am I paid in store?
Cash the same day, after we check the device. Bring a valid photo ID.
Selling by mail
Is shipping free?
Yes. We send a free prepaid label once you accept your quote.
How long is my quote held?
7 days.
When am I paid?
Within 2 to 3 business days after your device arrives, by Zelle, Cash App, PayPal, Apple Pay or wire.
What if the condition is different?
We send a revised offer. Decline it and we ship your device back free.
