- Accept your offerWe send you a free prepaid shipping label. Your quote is good for 7 days — ship within that time to keep your price.
- Pack it and ship itWrap the device so it can’t move around in the box, seal it, stick on the label and drop it off.
- Get paidWe check your device and pay you within 2–3 business days of it arriving.

If your device isn’t as described
If the condition doesn’t match what you told us, we send you a new offer. Accept it and get paid, or decline it and we ship your device back to you free.
Before you ship
- Back up your photos and data.
- Turn off Find My (iPhone, iPad, Mac, Apple Watch) or remove your Google account (Android), then sign out.
- Erase the device and remove the passcode.
- Take out your SIM card.
- Send just the device — no case or accessories — unless your offer says otherwise.
What we can’t buy
- iCloud-locked (Activation Lock) devices
- Stolen or fraudulent devices

Questions
Is shipping really free?
Yes. Once you accept your offer, we send you a prepaid label at no cost. If you turn down a revised offer, we ship the device back free too.
How long is my quote good for?
7 days from when you accept it. Ship within that time and, as long as the device matches what you told us, that’s what we pay.
How long until I’m paid?
Within 2–3 business days after your device arrives at our shop, by Zelle, Cash App, PayPal, Apple Pay or wire transfer.
Do you buy carrier-locked phones?
Yes. Locked and unlocked phones have different prices — both are on our price list.
Can I sell more than one device?
Yes. Text us the list and we’ll quote them together.
